The VENUS POLYCHROME smart phone was developed by the Vestel ID Team, including Burak Emre Altinordu, Ramazan Murat Erkan, Elif Altay, Engin Akbaba, and Mehmet Kaya. The project started in January 2015 in Manisa and was completed in May 2015. It was showcased at the World Mobile Congress 2015 in Barcelona.

This innovative design has been recognized with the prestigious A' Design Award. The VENUS POLYCHROME smart phone received the Silver A' Design Award in the Digital and Electronic Device Design category in 2015.
